Pizza d'Amare 2022

Meta celebrates the symbolic dish of our land

Eight local pizzerias participated in the event "Pizza d'amare" in Marina di Meta, promoted by the municipal administration and the Pro Loco Terra delle Sirene, to make the pizza produced in the area known and appreciated and to project the town towards a successful tourist season.

The famous Neapolitan pizzeria "La Notizia" by Enzo Coccia was the guest of honor, while the chefs of the Penisola Sorrentina Cooks Association offered the dessert at the end of the evening. The night was livened up by music, attractions and fireworks, which contributed to the success of the event.

The objective of the municipal administration and the Pro Loco Terra delle Sirene is to make the event a fixed annual appointment with the aim of enhancing the tourist vocation of the territory, highlighting the pizzerias, local resources, and their specialties.
